01 · DAY 0
Harvest & pack
At sunrise, the cutting crew works to the order book that went out the night before. Stems are graded, sleeved, and packed wet.
02 · DAY 1
Cargo flight
Cool-trucked to Nairobi, Quito or Bogotá. Cold-chain audited at hand-over. Boxes board the late-evening cargo wide-body.
03 · DAY 2
Aalsmeer arrival
Cleared, re-hydrated, quality-checked in our hall on Legmeerdijk. The roses that pass go straight to the clock.
04 · DAY 3–6
On the wholesale floor
Cash-and-carry halls, route-trade wholesalers and Aalsmeer exporters collect by truck. By Friday evening, your harvest is on its way to florists across Europe — sold one tier down the chain, not by us.
